Heather was born & raised in the Tampa area. She began her career in child care industry. However, life closes & opens doors as it does. She began her career in the A/C industry in 2002. She & her husband, Mike, have 2 children & have been for married over 20yrs. Being married to service technician gives you the on the job knowledge / training that some may not normal be privy to. This has helped her to help customers diagnose problems over the phone. Mike & Heather decided to open Starboard A/C in 2016.
