Mike Stone
President, License Holder, Former Service Technician, Service Advisor
Mike was born & raised in the Tampa area. He is has been in the A/C industry since 1994. He is a second generation A/C Service Tech. He & his wife, Heather, have 2 children & have been for married over 20yrs. They decided to open Starboard in 2016. Mike is "Reelentless" & never stops chasing his dreams!
Heather Stone
Vice President, HR, Marketing, Customer Service
Heather was born & raised in the Tampa area. She began her career in child care industry. However, life closes & opens doors as it does. She began her career in the A/C industry in 2002. She & her husband, Mike, have 2 children & have been for married over 20yrs. Being married to service technician gives you the on the job knowledge / training that some may not normal be privy to. This has helped her to help customers diagnose problems over the phone. Mike & Heather decided to open Starboard A/C in 2016.
Christine Smith
Office Manager, Install, & Customer Service
Christine was born & raised in the Tampa area. She began her career in the A/C industry in 2002. She has 5 children. She loves her family, enjoys playing pool, & soaking in some sun! Christine has been apart of the Starboard Family since 2017.
Tiffany Duncan
Customer Service
Tiffany was born and raised in the Tampa / Plant City area. She has 2 children. She has been in the customer service industry for over 25years. She been with Starboard since 2023

Service Technician
Gary was born & raised in the Tampa Bay area. His hobbies include cooking. He has been in the A/C since 2015. He has been with Starboard since 2022.
Tommy L
Service Technician
Tommy is originally from Atlanta, GA. He moved to the Tampa area in 2021. Fun fact about Tommy; he is a twin & his hobbies include tennis, personal fitness, & growing his faith. Tommy has a Associates degree in Applies Sciences - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology. He has been in the A/C industry for 8years. He has been with Starboard since 2023.

Install Manager & Service Technician
Jose is originally from Texas. But, he was raised in Florida. He has been in the A/C since 2018. He has completed schooling for HVAC. Jose has been with Starboard since 2019.
